My council asks for a report when my fans have been running. What is the best way of doing it?

FrostSmart provides a specific report for this use case. Go to ‘Reports’ from the main frost page and select ‘Compliance’.
Now you can select the date range, the site of interest, the file format. You can also choose the ‘compact’ format, which provides less detail. Press ‘Export’ and your report will be complied ready for download.
