How can I change my password?

If you are already logged into the MyFrostSmart webapplication, then you find on the right hand side the user icon. Please click or touch on the icon and then you find the ‘Change Password’ command below. You just need to enter the new password, confirm it and then you are able to update it.

If you haven’t logged in yet and can’t remember your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the ‘Forgot password’ link. This will enable you to reset your password. To retrieve your user name, you can ask your site administrator, or as well as for any other issue, call us during business hours on (+64) 9 273 6159. Or send an email to support@frostsmart.com
