In the case you are not able to login to the FrostSmart web-application, you should verify that the password and your username are correct. If they are not correct, the login procedure will indicate which one is incorrect.
However, there is also the situation that you can’t login even with a correct username and password. In this case, please check on a different device if the problem persists.
If you are able to login on a different device, than you have most likely a time synchronization problem. Which means the clock on your computer or phone is out of sync and a couple of minutes or more different than the actual time.
It is a safety measure that we apply. Only if your login request comes with a valid timestamp, it is regarded as genuine. So please adjust the time on your device to the current time and try to login again.If you are not able to login on a different device, please contact our support.
