I'm not receiving notifications, what might have gone wrong?

There are a number of checks, you can perform in order to find out.

  1. Make sure your site is activated for alarms and alarms are not snoozed. On the frost main page it should state ‘Alarms set’ or simply SET.

  2. Make sure the specific alarm is set to ON

  3. Make sure the notification for the alarm is set. E.g. SMS is ON for your contact

  4. Perform a test for your SMS contact. Do you receive a notification?

  5. Verify if an event has been triggered for your alarm. Look for events on the main alarm screen.

  6. Check you have entered your email and phone number correctly. The phone number should be including the country code.
